Privacy Policy
Last updated — 31 May 2026
Cine Artistlabs ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit cineartistlabs.com or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount gathered automatically:
- Information you provide. When you email us, fill in a booking or enquiry form, or sign up for an account in the training area, we collect details such as your name, email address, and anything you write in your message.
- Account information. If you create a login for the workshops and training area, we store your email and a securely hashed password so you can sign back in.
- Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical details — your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the date and time — to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and arrange bookings, workshops, and projects.
- To provide and manage access to the training and workshop area.
- To send you information you've asked for, such as a tour or sponsorship brief.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We keep things lightweight. The site uses only the cookies needed to make features like the training login work, plus basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the public parts of the site will still work, though you may need to sign in again to reach the training area.
Service providers
We rely on a few trusted services to run the site, and your information may pass through them solely so they can do that work for us:
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- Notion — where some of our written content originates.
- Stripe — payment processing, if you purchase or book something. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Email — to receive and reply to your messages.
Each of these has its own privacy practices governing the data it handles.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — to handle your enquiry, run your account, or meet our legal and accounting obligations — and then delete it. You can ask us to remove your details sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Just email us using the address below and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws — we'll honour those too.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site and our services change. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
